Job summary

Kornferry in Gurugram is seeking an experienced coatings professional to manage OEM accounts, lead product trials, and coordinate coating solutions at customer sites.

You will collaborate with R&D, Technology, Sales, and Operations to support new product commercialization and customer success, with extensive travel as required. Strong knowledge of paint formulation and coatings processes is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Industrial coatings, Automotive coatings, or paints industry.
• Strong knowledge of paint formulation and coating processes.
• Proven OEM account management and product approvals experience.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities
