Job summary

Kornferry is seeking a senior OEM sales professional for the Industrial Coatings segment in India. You will manage and grow OEM accounts in commercial vehicle coatings across buses, trucks, tippers and two-wheelers.

You will lead business development, build stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to commercialize new products, deliver revenue targets, and drive EBITDA growth. Willingness to extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Industrial Coatings, Automotive Coatings, or Paints.
• Strong understanding of OEM sales, coating application processes, and commercial vehicle markets.
• Proven track record in business development, customer management, and new product commercialization.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
