TVH India Private Ltd is seeking a Technical Researcher to translate hands-on machinery knowledge into authoritative technical support for our global sales and service teams.

You will verify and catalog spare parts data, build and maintain a robust technical knowledge base, and help drive customer satisfaction while working in a collaborative office setting with a hybrid schedule.

Formación

• 2–6 years hands-on experience as Service Engineer, Production Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer dealing with spare parts for material handling equipment, construction equipment, or commercial vehicles.
• Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to support global customers.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Technical Expert: assess and respond to complex client requests and provide in-depth technical support on parts identification.
• Act as go-to technical expert for specific product lines and brands.
• Leverage parts recognition experience to meet customer expectations.
• Provide top-tier technical support on sold parts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Leverage parts recognition experience and mechanical aptitude to meet customer expectations.Provide top-tier technical support on sold parts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.Personal Capability Building:Acquire and maintain sound technical knowledge for the parts for the clearly defined product and / or brand range .Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies, industry trends, and product specifications.Contribute to the maintenance and expansion of the organization's technical knowledge base, via acquired experience or consulting personal network.Master the Data:Manage, update, and expand our database of material handling, construction, industrial equipment and product-range technical documents. Leverage knowledge of technical publications and parts manuals, online resources, and in-house system parts programs to research and gather information for customers and employees. Find, verify, and complete crucial spare part data in our system so our teams always have the right info at their fingertips.
