TVH is growing its global marketing operations, and we are looking for a dedicated **Social Media Specialist** to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India in this newly created role.In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our global social media presence. Working in close daily collaboration with our Global Social Media Expert in Belgium, you will manage day-to-day posting, lead community engagement across established and emerging channels, transform raw performance data into clear executive slide decks, and capture ad hoc regional video content when needed. . As a vital bridge between our global strategy and daily operations, you will ensure seamless workflow execution across global time zones. Content Publishing & Calendar Management*** Receive, review, and schedule content submissions from various internal global and regional stakeholders via our central asset repository and content management workflow.* Ensure accurate, error-free posting across all active TVH platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) using native platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).* Maintain order and timing in the global content calendar, keeping asset tags, links, and posting parameters aligned with global strategy.**2. Performance Tracking & Data Reporting*** Extract platform analytics on a regular/monthly basis and consistently log engagement, reach, and performance data into a central database (Google Sheets/Excel). Turn these complex data into clear, visually engaging insights using smart spreadsheet formulas that drive decision-making.* Translate performance data into clean, visual, and actionable slide decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for the Corporate Communications Manager and leadership teams.* Assist the Belgium Social Media Expert in identifying content trends and performance anomalies across different regions to support continuous strategy optimization.**3.
