Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of Gulf/Overseas recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
• Manage candidate documentation, submissions, and follow-up.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth process.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
• Manage candidate documentation, profile submissions, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Gulf Recruitment or Overseas Recruitment (Recruitment Consultancy experience preferred).
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment.
