Job summary

Claidroid Technologies in Thane invites HR Recruitment Interns to join the Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month internship, with immediate joining and on-site work. • Explain opportunities, locations, terms, and interview processes to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with internal/client teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Build candidate pipelines for active/upcoming openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming requirements.
• Assist with offer follow-ups, onboarding coordination, documentation, and related HR activities.
• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business teams on priority technology requirements.

Key Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and candidates at the beginning of their HR career are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with candidates over phone, email, and professional networking platforms.
• Good interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
