Job summary

Birch Tree Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruitment Officer / Senior Technical Recruiter who can identify and hire top technology professionals. The role is hands-on, spanning sourcing through onboarding and requires a solid grasp of AI, ML, data, cloud, IoT, and software engineering terminology.

You will work closely with engineers, architects and technology leaders to understand requirements, screen candidates, and build a strong talent pipeline for senior and niche tech

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically qualified Technical Recruitment Officer / Senior Technical Recruiter who is passionate about identifying, attracting and hiring high-quality technology professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern technology and experience recruiting specialised technical talent across areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Cloud, IoT, Snowflake, Databricks, SAP, Software Engineering and related emerging technologies.

This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring the ability to understand technical job requirements, identify suitable candidates, conduct initial technical/functional screening and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.

Technology Recruitment Experience :

The candidate should have demonstrated experience recruiting for high-technology / specialised technology roles, preferably in several of the following areas:
