Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical recruitment.
• Experience in AI or tech industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technical roles including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Researchers, and Software Engineers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify top talent.
• Utilize knowledge of AI technologies and development tools to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications.
• Work with HR and managers to define job requirements, craft descriptions, and streamline processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and pipelines.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and coordinate offers with HR.
