Applicantz, Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global team supporting Fortune enterprises. This 100% remote role can be based anywhere in India and focuses on end-to-end IT recruitment with strong client interaction and talent delivery.

You will map job requirements, conduct proactive searches, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage candidate queries in a fast-paced MSP/VMS environment.

• 2+ years of IT recruitment experience handling end-to-end processes.
• Experience with MSP / VMS environments.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Job Postings.

• Analyze client job requirements, map key skills, and break them into actionable bullets.
• Source candidates, screen, and submit best-fit talent to the client.

• Handle general duties as assigned.
• Work hours from 11:00 to 20:00 with overlap to US CST morning hours.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join our global team with revenue responsibility. Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing job requirements given by the client, mapping key skills in the job, and breaking the requirements into logical and coherent bullets.
• Performing searches on given parameters of the job description, recruiting candidates, and ensuring qualification and submission of only the best-fit candidates to the client
• Answering candidate and client queries
• Closing the requirements given by the client by presenting top qualified talent
• Other general duties as assigned
• Work hours: 11 AM to 8 PM with flexibility for late evenings calls. Must be flexibile to overlap with US CST morning hours for call/meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, handling things end to end
• Experience working with MSP / VMS
• Experience in using LinkedIn recruiter and LinkedIn Job postings
• Previous Delivery / IT experience is a plus
• Must have held responsibility to submit talent directly to client hiring managers
• Strong logical and analytical ability
• Creativity, strong ambition, and drive to achieve are critical in this position.
