Job summary

Applicantz is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global team. This 100% work-from-home role is open to candidates based anywhere in India, with work hours 11 AM to 8 PM and overlap with US CST for calls/meetings.

You will own end-to-end IT recruitment and deliver top talent to clients. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, MSP/VMS familiarity, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience with MSP/VMS.
• Ability to submit talent directly to client hiring managers.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to overlap with US CST hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client job requirements, map key skills, and break requirements into bullets.
• Source and screen candidates; submit best-fit profiles to the client.
• Answer candidate and client queries promptly.
• Close roles by presenting top qualified talent.
• Handle general duties as assigned.
• Coordinate with clients across time zones; core hours 11:00–20:00 IST with US CST overlap.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing job requirements given by the client, mapping key skills in the job, and breaking the requirements into logical and coherent bullets.
• Performing searches on given parameters of the job description, recruiting candidates, and ensuring qualification and submission of only the best-fit candidates to the client
• Answering candidate and client queries
• Closing the requirements given by the client by presenting top qualified talent
• Other general duties as assigned
• Work hours: 11 AM to 8 PM with flexibility for late evenings calls. Must be flexibile to overlap with US CST morning hours for call/meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, handling things end to end
• Experience working with MSP / VMS
• Experience in using LinkedIn recruiter and LinkedIn Job postings
• Previous Delivery / IT experience is a plus
• Must have held responsibility to submit talent directly to client hiring managers
• Strong logical and analytical ability
• Creativity, strong ambition, and drive to achieve are critical in this position.
