You will source via Naukri and LinkedIn, screen for technical fit, coordinate interviews, and drive offers to joining. The role emphasizes quality, timely closures, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment or staffing.
• Strong sourcing via Naukri and LinkedIn; end-to-end recruitment ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT roles across multiple clients.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, CTC, location, and notice period.
• Handle multiple requirements and ensure quality profiles meet defined TAT.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining closures; follow-up with candidates.
• Proactively manage candidates to minimize offer drops and joining dropouts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive IT candidates.
• Maintain updates in ATS, trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders for timely closures.
• Meet productivity, TAT, submission, interview, offer and joining targets.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing/Recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality IT talent, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving positions to closure within defined TAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT requirements across multiple clients and technologies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, CTC, location, notice period, and overall fit.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure quality profiles are submitted within agreed TAT.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining closure.
• Proactively manage candidates to minimize offer drops, no-shows, and joining dropouts.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT candidates.
• Maintain accurate updates in ATS, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
• Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely closure.
• Meet recruitment productivity, TAT, submission, interview, offer, and joining targets.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market availability.
• Strong screening, candidate engagement, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong ownership and commitment to quality and closure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in IT Staffing, RPO, Recruitment Consulting, IT Services, GCC, or Product companies.
• Exposure to contract, permanent, and volume hiring.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment MIS.
