Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an IT Recruiter with hands-on IT staffing experience focused on Canada and/or US markets. Freshers with IT/CS background may be considered. Implementation client experience is highly preferred. Prior exposure to Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA is a plus. Cab and meal facility provided.

Candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of IT recruitment experience.

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with hands‑on experience in recruiting IT professionals for Canada and/or US markets. Candidates with Implementation Client experience will be preferred.

Required Skills
