Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) in Noida is seeking an experienced Canada Recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for Canadian clients across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Telecom, and Professional Services. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, craft sourcing strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Canada recruitment, expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and ATS, and excellent sourcing, screening,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Canada recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for IT positions in the Canadian market.
• Strong understanding of Canadian hiring practices, VISA, time zones, and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Canadian clients across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Telecom, and Professional Services domains.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify talent across Canada.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, job boards, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the hiring process through offer rollout and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and post job advertisements across various recruitment channels.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities within ATS and internal databases.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding recruitment progress.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and client teams to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Canadian clients across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Telecom, and Professional Services domains.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across Canada.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, job boards, referrals, networking, and social media platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, and overall fitment.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the hiring process through offer rollout and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and post job advertisements across various recruitment channels.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities within ATS and internal databases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Canada Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for IT positions across the Canadian market.
• Strong understanding of Canadian hiring practices, VISA, time zone and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
