Job summary

ERBrains Business Solutions is hiring a Core Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of IT recruitment experience to drive end-to-end hiring for niche technologies. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and deep networks to close critical roles and build robust pipelines across multiple platforms and partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Engage passive candidates through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines and business objectives.
• Drive hiring for technical, niche, and hard-to-fill positions across diverse technology domains.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
