Lubi Electronics is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support the recruitment team for technical roles in the automation industry. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, resume screening, and building a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for automation roles, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate databases. Experience in technical recruitment and sourcing is valued.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR preferred.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation – Not Mandatory.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for automation and technical roles.
• Identify profiles for Automation Engineer, PLC Programmer, SCADA Engineer, Sales Engineer, Service Engineer.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and Department Heads.
• Share shortlisted profiles with HR/Recruitment team or Hiring Managers.
• Maintain recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
• Stay updated with talent trends in automation, electronics, and engineering.
• Handle offer discussions, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
