Job summary

Siddha Group Jaipur is seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to manage RA and contractor billing. The role involves verifying bills, performing QTO from architectural drawings and preparing rate analyses for extra items.

You will maintain comprehensive records, ensure accuracy of RA Bills, and work with ERP/billing software. AutoCAD knowledge is preferred; hands-on ERP experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in RA and contractor billing.
• Hands-on ERP usage is essential.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and ERP/billing software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and process Contractor/Subcontractor RA Bills and Final Bills.
• Prepare Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from approved drawings.
• Prepare rate analysis for extra, substituted and non-BOQ items.
• Prepare material reconciliation statements for cement, steel, concrete, blocks, sand and aggregates.
• Maintain records of BOQs, work orders, measurement sheets, RA Bills and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of RA Billing and Contractor/Subcontractor Billing.
• Hands on ERP is must.

• Prepare Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Prepare rate analysis for extra, substituted and non-BOQ items
• Prepare material reconciliation statements for key construction materials such as cement, steel, concrete, blocks, sand and aggregates.
• Maintain proper records of BOQs, work orders, measurement sheets, RA Bills, final bills and reconciliation statements.
• Strong Knowledge of RA Billing and Contractor/Subcontractor Billing
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP/Billing Software will be preferred.
• Hands on ERP is must.
