Job summary

Siddha Group is seeking a Marketing - Senior Executive - Asst Manager capable of supporting finance-related billing functions and project documentation in Kolkata. The role involves preparing and verifying RA Bills and final bills, extracting quantities from architectural and MEP drawings, and performing rate analyses for extras and substitutions.

You will maintain detailed records and collaborate with project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with preparing and verifying contractor/subcontractor RA bills and final bills.
• Ability to extract quantities from architectural, structural and MEP drawings to prepare QTOs.
• Ability to analyze extras, substitutions and non-BOQ items for billing.
• Experience in material reconciliation statements for cement, steel, concrete, blocks, sand and aggregates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and process RA Bills and Final Bills for contractors/subcontractors.
• Prepare QTO from approved drawings to support billing and procurement.
• Prepare rate analysis for extras, substitutions and non-BOQ items.
• Prepare material reconciliation statements for key construction materials.
• Maintain records of BOQs, work orders, measurement sheets, RA Bills and final bills.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of RA Billing and Contractor/Subcontractor Billing.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP/Billing Software.
