Job summary

Tenarai is seeking an experienced NOC Tower Lead / Technical Manager to supervise offshore NOC engineers, plan shifts, and manage SLA metrics. The role requires 12+ years in network operations and 3+ years leading a 24x7 NOC team.

You will own SLA adherence, drive service improvements, and serve as the escalation point for incidents and vendor issues, coordinating with onsite and client teams to ensure reliable delivery.

• Proven ability to drive runbook maturity and service improvement backlog.
• Strong leadership, client communication and incident management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Run shift turnovers and the daily review with onsite and client teams.
• Act as the management escalation point for incidents and vendor issues.

• Required certification: ITIL v4 Foundation. Preferred: CCNP
