We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NOC Manager to lead our Network Operations Center team. The ideal candidate will ensure 24x7 uptime, oversee incident management, and maintain infrastructure reliability for clients across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the NOC team ensuring 24/7 operations coverage.
• Monitor systems and network infrastructure performance proactively.
• Coordinate with engineering and support teams for quick issue resolution.
• Generate reports on uptime, SLA compliance, and incident trends.
• Ensure continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing NOC or similar infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on expertise with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana).
• Strong understanding of networking, Linux, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience in managed service provider (MSP) environments.
• Proven record of implementing process automation in NOC operations.
