Job summary

Unknown IT services client seeks a senior Project Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience for roles in Pune or Bengaluru. This full-time position involves shift/roster management and end-to-end project delivery across Fixed Price engagements, including risk, scope, and quality control.

You will lead technical teams, drive Agile ceremonies, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with business outcomes. Banking/BFSI domain exposure is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project delivery management experience in IT services.
• Exposure to Banking/BFSI projects is essential.
• Proven ability to manage client communications and stakeholder expectations.
• Hands-on knowledge of data engineering tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and quality.
• Handle fixed price delivery, estimation, forecasting and metrics tracking.
• Oversee L3 support operations, shift scheduling, SLA adherence, and escalations.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, performance, productivity, and workload planning.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, reporting, and coaching teams on Agile practices.
• Manage client communications and align delivery with business outcomes.
• Create user stories and requirements documentation aligned with outcomes.
• Support change management, process improvements, and governance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica
• Experience in Banking/BFSI projects (must‑have)

• Strong in Client Management, Communications Management, stakeholder handling
• Proficiency in Agile, Agile Metrics & Reporting, Backlog Grooming, Requirements/User Stories
• Ability to Manage Outcome-Based Delivery and high-quality project execution
• Knowledge of Digital Acumen and modern data/engineering ecosystems
• Certifications preferred: CSM / PSM I
• data engineering technologies (Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica) -
• ETL Datawarehouse Technology and MDM Knowledge
• Hands-on Knowledge of one of the technologies is a huge plus
