Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong background in Data Engineering and ETL projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end data platform implementations, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering complex data integration projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering and ETL projects.
• Lead teams working on data integration, data pipelines, and data warehouse solutions.
• Coordinate with data engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and clients.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure quality standards, documentation, and best practices are followed.
• Manage client communication, reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support solution planning, estimation, and technical discussions for data projects.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Data / ETL project management.
• Strong understanding of ETL tools and data integration platforms (Talend, Informatica, or similar).
• Experience working with data warehouses, data lakes, and big data ecosystems.
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data architecture concepts.
• Experience managing Agile / Scrum-based project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop ecosystem).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in data analytics or BI platforms.
• PMP / Scrum certification is a plus.
