Job summary

MethodHub Consulting Inc. in Bengaluru (Hybrid) seeks a senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large Data Analytics and Data Engineering programs. You will define scope, milestones, and resource plans to ensure value delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will lead governance, manage risks and issues, mentor cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Pre-Sales and Support to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Engineering delivery, project management, data related software implementation.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience managing large and complex software projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior client executives.
• Strong background in delivery management, risk management, quality management.
• Experience in regulatory, Pharma/Life science, or enterprise systems is a strong plus.
• Technical background to evaluate architectural decisions, delivery risks, and engineering trade-offs.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast‑evolving environments while maintaining delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and build long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.
• Track and report delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and KPIs.
• Identify risks and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support for seamless execution.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction related to Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a strong focus on predictable and timely delivery of value.
• Lead and facilitate project governance, including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling
• Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Implementation Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts
• Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and delivery KPIs
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain delivery momentum
• Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution
• Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical.
• Experience with 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Engineering delivery, project management, data related software implementation
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience managing large and complex software projects
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams
