Qualifikationen

• Experience leading L3 support projects in Banking/BFSI is essential.
• Ability to create user stories, requirements docs, and ensure outcome alignment.
• Knowledge of modern data engineering ecosystems and digital acumen beneficial.
• Certifications preferred: CSM or PSM I.

We are hiring an experienced Project Managerwith strong expertise in data engineering technologies(Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica) and a proven track record managing L3 support projectsin the Banking domain. The role requires excellence in delivery management, client communication, agile execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and quality.
• Handle Fixed Price Delivery, effort estimations, forecasting, and project metrics tracking.
• Oversee L3 support operations, shift scheduling, SLA adherence, and escalations.
• Lead and mentor technical teams; handle performance, productivity, and workload planning.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, reporting, and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
• Manage client communications, stakeholder expectations, and business alignment.
• Create user stories, requirements documentation, and ensure alignment with outcomes.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica.
• Experience in Banking/BFSIprojects (must‑have).
• Expertise in Project Delivery Management, Fixed Price Delivery, estimation & metrics.
• Strong in Client Management, Communications Management, stakeholder handling.
• Proficiency in Agile, Agile Metrics & Reporting, Backlog Grooming, Requirements/User Stories.
• Ability to Manage Outcome-Based Deliveryand high-quality project execution.
• Knowledge of Digital Acumenand modern data/engineering ecosystems.
• Certifications preferred: CSM / PSM I.
