Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Pune/Bengaluru to lead data engineering projects in the Banking domain. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, fixed-price engagements, and strong client communication within an IT services framework.

You will drive agile delivery, mentor teams, manage L3 support, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes using technologies like Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake and Informatica. Shift flexibility is required for rosters.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project delivery experience with data engineering focus.
• Experience delivering Fixed Price engagements in IT services.
• Strong Banking/BFSI project background and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Agile ceremonies, reporting, and backlog grooming.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, risks and quality.
• Handle Fixed Price Delivery, effort estimation, forecasting and metrics tracking.
• Oversee L3 support operations, shift scheduling, SLA adherence and escalations.
• Lead and mentor technical teams; manage performance and workload planning.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and coaching on Agile practices.
• Manage client communications, stakeholder expectations and business alignment.
• Create user stories and requirements documentation; ensure alignment with outcomes.
• Support change management and delivery governance.
