Job summary

DMart seeks an experienced project/program manager for software development projects. The role requires deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Release Management, with hands-on Jira and Confluence to drive delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and vendors while applying APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices to ensure reliable software releases and strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

78 years of Project/Program Management experience in software development. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Release Management. Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence. Excellent stakeholder, risk, dependency, and vendor management skills. Basic understanding of APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification is preferred. Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, E‑commerce, or Enterprise Applications is an added advantage
