Job description

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager with overall 10+ years' experience and 1–2 years of prior technical delivery or hands-on programming experience to lead and drive project success across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on adoption of Agile methodologies across project teams, facilitating key Scrum ceremonies such as (but not limited to) Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Provide oversight and direction to project teams, ensuring delivery alignment, removing blockers, and promoting team ownership and accountability.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD practices, leveraging appropriate tools to support efficient and consistent project execution.
• Apply your technical background and understanding of development lifecycles, architecture, and coding principles to effectively support and uplift team capabilities.
• Deliver regular project updates and prepare performance and progress reports using relevant metrics.
• Identify, eliminate, and proactively resolve project risks and issues to maintain delivery timelines and quality.
• Exhibit deep proficiency in Agile project management, with strong knowledge of Scrum/SAFe frameworks and best practices.
• Manage complex stakeholder expectations and lead diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
• Drive high-performing teams to achieve successful project execution and continuous improvement.
• Oversee full project lifecycles with consistent success in end-to-end delivery.
• Utilize Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking progress, collaboration, and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Overall 10+ years' experience
• 1–2 years of prior technical delivery or hands-on programming experience (e.g., in Java, .NET, Python, or other relevant languages), with the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery approaches.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and delivering measurable business value.
