Job summary

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical solutions, and owning the SDLC with a focus on DevOps and high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of experience, at least 4 years in a PM or Scrum Master role, and holds a CSM or PMI-ACP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software projects.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Own the SDLC and ensure Agile best practices are followed.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and demos.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Oversee task breakdowns, sprint tracking, effort estimations, and timelines.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to align design with business objectives.
• Monitor progress using JIRA or equivalent Agile tools.
• Ensure integration of DevOps practices, testing strategies, and release management.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a software developer, proficiency in one or more programming languages, and hands‑on exposure to software delivery processes. This is a leadership role that requires both technical insight and project management expertise.

What You Will Do:
