Job summary

Kaizenith Technologies in India is seeking a hands-on Project Manager who can talk tech with engineers and keep multiple workstreams on track without micromanaging. You will own delivery timelines, client communications, and resource coordination.

You will plan, track, and deliver software projects, coordinate between engineering, design, and client stakeholders, run sprint ceremonies, manage documentation, identify blockers, and drive quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills — ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar).
• Ability to identify risks early and proactively manage scope and expectations.
• Basic technical literacy — you should understand APIs, databases, and deployment at a conceptual level.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project or delivery management in a tech company.
