Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project experience with at least 5 years as a Technical Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Trello.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, APIs, microservices architecture, and software development processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, estimation, sprint planning, and release management.
• Strong understanding of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of software development projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
• Track project progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders and executive leadership through regular status reports.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, quality metrics, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate UAT, production releases, and post-production support activities.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, solution discussions, and technical design reviews.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and organizational governance standards.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members where applicable.
