Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) preferred.
• 5+ years IT software services project management experience.
• Experience with offshore and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver software and IT services projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into project plans and deliverables.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, development teams, QA, DevOps and business teams.
• Track progress, identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Manage project schedules using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure quality standards, governance and documentation are maintained.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and executive presentations.

• Handle scope changes, issue resolution and escalation management.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development and IT services projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  

Technical Knowledge

• Software development processes and methodologies.
  
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are an advantage.
  
• API-based applications, web applications, and mobile application projects.
  
• DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines are desirable.
  
• Basic understanding of databases, integrations, and software architecture.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or Agile certification is preferred.
  

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in an IT software services company.
