Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. The role requires strong technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Understand technical architectures, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and technology solutions.
• Facilitate technical discussions and support decision‑making processes.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, best practices, and quality requirements.

Team Management

• Coordinate and manage cross‑functional project teams.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular project meetings, status reviews, and progress tracking.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure project success.

Quality & Process Management

• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational processes.
• Monitor project quality, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Ensure proper project documentation and knowledge management.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, and management updates.
• Track project budgets, resource utilization, and delivery performance.
• Escalate critical issues and risks to management in a timely manner.
• Ensure project governance and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management with at least 2 years in a technical project management role.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience managing software development, implementation, and technology projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
