Job summary

antino is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders for successful delivery.

You will track timelines, prepare MOMs and status reports, and assist in requirement gathering while maintaining clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of project coordination or technical PM experience.
• Understanding of SDLC and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is expected.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities
• Work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Prepare project documentation, MOMs, status reports, and progress updates
• Assist in requirement gathering and task breakdown
• Monitor project progress and proactively highlight risks or delays
• Ensure proper communication and follow-ups across teams
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and client meetings
• Maintain project trackers and tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms
• Support project managers in ensuring successful and timely project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, technical project management, or related roles
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of web and mobile application development
• Experience working with technical teams
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and software workflows is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
