We are seeking an experienced and visionary Assistant Project Managerwith prior experience as a software developer to join our dynamic team.As an Assistant Project Manager, you willplay a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering complex technological projectsfrom initiation to completion. Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planningand executing project activities according to defined timelines anddeliverables.
• Coordinate with the team thatcomprises of project personnel; it includes designers, researchers and engineers.
• Supportthe Project Manager in stakeholder communication and project reporting.
• To create a project plan withdetails and illustrations to identify the flow of activities needed in order tosuccessfully conclude a project.
• Assign, schedule and review theproject constantly in order to analyze its progress in terms of qualityguidelines and time constraints.
• Executing the project as per theproject plan.
• Identify, track, monitor andcommunicate project related issues and other variances, scope changes,contingencies that may come up while implementation of actual ideas.
• Assemble project scope andmaintain projects related documentations.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigationstrategies and driving resolution to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project goals,progress of the project, challenges effectively to clients ensuring alignmentand transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive innovation and creative problem-solving within the project team,identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Looking for overall 2-7 years ofexperience and minimum 2 years in project management.
• Prior experience of SoftwareDevelopment is must (Java/ .Net/ Frontend/Angular/iOS/React etc.)
• Effective communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities withthe capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguityand adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with asolution-oriented mindset.
