Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Define project milestones, deliverables, and ensure adherence to project objectives.
• Lead daily/weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings to keep the team aligned.
• Track and report on project progress, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
• Provide regular status updates to clients, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality solutions, resolving any project issues in a timely manner, and managing client expectations effectively.

3. Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with the technical team (developers, designers, testers) to ensure clear communication of project goals, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Assist the team in breaking down complex tasks and managing workloads effectively.
• Resolve any blockers or challenges that arise during the project execution.
• Motivate and manage the project team to ensure that they are working efficiently and productively.
• Identify potential project risks early on and develop mitigation strategies to manage them.
• Ensure proactive management of scope creep and other risks to maintain project integrity.
• Adjust project schedules and deliverables as necessary to meet client expectations while minimizing risks.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, timelines, progress reports, and change requests.
• Ensure that all project-related documentation is kept up to date and is accessible to both the team and clients.
• Maintain detailed records of meetings, decisions, and deliverables for future reference.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with the QA team to identify potential bugs, usability issues, or discrepancies before client delivery.
• Implement processes to ensure continuous improvement and standardization of project management methodologies.

7. Resource Management:

• Allocate resources effectively to ensure that project milestones are met.
• Work closely with HR to ensure the recruitment and onboarding of necessary team members.
• Manage team workloads to avoid burnout while ensuring that timelines are maintained.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Ensure smooth project handover to support teams for ongoing maintenance or support.
• Collaborate with the client for any further development or changes post-launch.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in management, particularly in software development or IT environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
