Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of programs from inception to completion: Backlog Prioritization ® Execution ® Delivery
• Exhibit a profound technical comprehension that goes beyond basic project management
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accountable execution
• Effectively implement and manage Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Monitor delivery through metrics, dashboards, and quantifiable KPIs
• Evaluate delivery health with a focus on factors beyond deadlines (quality, risks, dependencies, velocity)
• Proactively identify obstacles and facilitate their resolution
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Promote ongoing improvements in delivery processes
