Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional technical programs from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure timely execution, risk management, and high‑quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical program planning, execution, and delivery.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
• Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Track and report program progress using dashboards and status reports.
• Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture alignment.
• Ensure programs meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.
• Improve delivery processes using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Support release planning, roadmap execution, and post‑launch reviews.
• Act as a single point of accountability for program outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery models.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience managing large‑scale, cross‑team technical programs.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern system architectures.
