Responsibilities

• 10+ years of project and program leadership experience in cross-functional environments.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in key roles within the software development lifecycle.
• 10+ years of demonstrated success in defining and launching software products.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and modern development methodologies.
• Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to removing obstacles and meeting timelines.
• Strategic thinker with strong consensus-building skills.
• Ability to translate non-technical requirements into structured use cases, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong technical background, preferably in communications, customer experience, AI, telephony, hosted solutions, or contact center technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong facilitation, interviewing, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience Preferred

• Product Management experience using formal methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with object-oriented software development, web services, and web-based platforms.
• Understanding of standard engineering processes and software development methodologies.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and integration testing.
