Job summary

Magnanimous Group is a premier luxury digital and experiential agency in India, delivering bespoke brand experiences. This role coordinates end-to-end production for events, exhibitions and activations, turning concepts into on-site reality with a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery.

You will read technical drawings, oversee fabrication and installation, and coordinate with designers, fabricators, vendors, electricians and AV teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in event production, exhibition fabrication, set production, or activations.
• Knowledge of fabrication materials, production processes and on-site installation.
• Ability to read technical drawings; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong vendor management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours during events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end production and execution for events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Manage fabrication of exhibition stalls, stage sets, display units, backdrops, and branding installations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, dimensions, and production specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, fabricators, vendors, electricians, AV teams, and site teams.
• Supervise production, installation, dismantling, and on-site execution.
• Manage material planning, vendor coordination, production schedules, and quality checks.
• Coordinate LED screens, sound, lighting, and other AV requirements with specialist vendors.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, material usage, and workmanship.
• Ensure site safety, quality standards, and timely project delivery.
• Resolve technical challenges and provide regular production updates to the management team.
