Job summary

Stream Hr is seeking a Sr. Manager Production & Operations to lead end-to-end production and operations for brand campaigns across India. You will oversee planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-ground execution to deliver experiential marketing experiences.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in event production or operations, with strong project management and negotiation skills, and will travel frequently for site visits, activations, and live events.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, event management, or operations.
• Strong experience in executing brand activations, branded events, festivals, campus activations, or large-scale experiential campaigns.
• Proven expertise in vendor management, production planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-ground execution.
• Understanding of fabrication, space planning, 2D/3D coordination, technical production, and manpower planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production and operations, from initial planning and budgeting to on-ground execution and final delivery.
• Conduct site recce and oversee venue planning, fabrication, technical requirements, manpower, logistics, and event flow.
• Manage vendors, consultants, production partners, and on-ground teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate with creative, brand solutions, and production teams to translate campaign concepts into executable experiences.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost sheets, vendor quotations, payment schedules, and project timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors and monitor project costs to ensure budget adherence and operational efficiency.
• Maintain project P&Ls and client-side cost sheets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Lead and manage the production team while resolving operational challenges during project execution.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare post-project reports and ensure timely closure of operational and financial deliverables.
• Travel across India as required for site visits, activations, and live events.
