Qualifications

• 2–4 years of total experience in pre-sales or tele-sales.
• Experience with consumer customers preferred.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English and strong market awareness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, typing ~55 WPM in English or local language.
• Good understanding of applications, CRM/sales tools, Microsoft products, hardware solutions, and competitive landscape.

Technical Requirement

• Proven sales orientation, ideally with at least two years of Pre‑sales or Tele‑sales experience.
• Experience with consumer customers preferred, with 3C product experience an advantage.
• Native or near-native proficiency in the supported language and strong market cultural awareness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including typing proficiency of approximately 55 WPM in English or equivalent local language.
• Good understanding of applications, CRM/sales tools, Microsoft products, hardware solutions, and primary competitors.
