Job summary

Dynamic Control System, Kochi, Kerala, seeks a Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell industrial automation solutions. You will identify opportunities, conduct client visits with product demonstrations, generate leads, and work toward monthly targets.

You will collaborate with the technical team to tailor automation solutions for manufacturers in automotive, pharma, and process industries, building strong client relationships for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of industrial automation products (PLC, VFD, HMI, sensors) is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel for client meetings.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in manufacturing industries such as automotive, packaging, pharma, steel, cement, and food processing.
• Promote and sell factory automation products (PLC, VFD, HMI, Sensors, Robots, etc.).
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Generate and follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements and application support.
• Maintain sales pipeline, track market trends, and report weekly/monthly sales activities.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

About the Role
