Job summary

• Experience with communication protocols such as AS2, FTP/FTPS, SFTP, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Exposure to REST APIs and API-based integrations.
• Good understanding of SQL queries, joins, and data troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a support team and manage critical customer incidents.
