Quadrant IT Services Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced EDI SI Support Engineer in Hyderabad with 6+ years of hands-on EDI production support expertise.

The role focuses on IBM Sterling Integrator and Lightwell, trading partner onboarding, and EDI mapping/configuration tasks. Ideal candidates will have strong incident management skills, knowledge of ANSI X12/EDIFACT/XML, and experience with monitoring EDI transactions, RCA, and preventive actions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in EDI application/production support.
• Strong expertise with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) / IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Hands-on experience with Lightwell is mandatory.
• Familiarity with EDI mappings, translation, and data transformation.
• Experience with IF/IN mapping and trading partner onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end production support for EDI interfaces and integrations.
• Monitor EDI transactions and ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLAs.
• Provide application support for IBM Sterling Integrator and Lightwell environments.
• Support trading partner onboarding and EDI mapping/configuration changes.
• Monitor inbound/outbound EDI transactions and investigate failures.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, transmission, mapping, translation, and processing issues.
• Participate in incident management, on-call, and 24x7 production support activities.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EDI SI Support Engineer with 6+ years of hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end EDI application and production support.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) and Lightwell with experience supporting EDI integrations, monitoring transactions, incident management, production troubleshooting, trading partner onboarding, and EDI mapping/configuration activities.

Experience with IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end production support for EDI interfaces and integrations.
• Monitor EDI transactions and ensure timely processing and issue resolution.

• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in incident management, on‑call, and 24x7 production support activities as required.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in EDI application/production support.
• Strong hands‑on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) / IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Hands‑on experience with Lightwell is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
• Experience supporting EDI transactions such as 850, 810, 856, 997, 940, 945, etc.
• Good knowledge of EDI mapping, translation, and data transformation.
• Strong understanding of communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, VAN, etc.
• Experience with inbound/outbound envelopes and file transfer processes.
• Strong experience in production support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Basic SQL and Linux/Unix knowledge for troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with retail, logistics, supply chain, or B2B integration environmentsRole & responsibilities
