Qualifications

• Experience with EDI integration products and troubleshooting customer integrations.
• Proficient in ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
• Experience with XML and flat files formats.
• Familiar with AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, HTTP/S protocols and REST APIs.
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end integration solutions and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot EDI integration issues and drive resolution.
• Analyse issues, identify root causes, implement fixes.
• Develop and modify EDI maps and business processes.
• Configure partner communication setups (AS2, SFTP, etc.).
• Assist with reprocessing and resolution during failures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely ticket resolution.
• Take ownership and follow issues through to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of EDI standards, communication protocols, and integration technologies, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end integration solutions and customer business requirements.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to EDI integrations and drive resolution.
• Analyse technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
• Develop and modify EDI maps and business processes.
• Configure communication setups with trading partners using AS2, SFTP, and other file transfer protocols.
• Assist with reprocessing activities and issue resolution during integration failures.
• Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
• Take ownership of assigned issues and follow them through to resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-6 years of experience working with EDI integration products.
• Good understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
• Experience working with XML, flat files, and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, and HTTP/S.
• Exposure to REST APIs.
• Good understanding of SQL queries and joins.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
