Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience with EDI or B2B integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Experience with XML, flat files, and spreadsheets.
• Exposure to REST APIs and API-based integrations.
• Good understanding of SQL queries and joins.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and manage multiple projects with customers/partners.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead – Implementation with strong experience in EDI and B2B integration solutions. The role involves designing and implementing end-to-end integrations for cloud customers, developing EDI maps and business processes, managing testing and go-live activities, and ensuring seamless integration performance.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with customer-facing communication, project ownership, and the ability to mentor implementation engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions for cloud customers.
• Engage with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Develop EDI maps and configure business processes.
• Establish and configure trading partner connectivity using AS2, SFTP, and other communication protocols.
• Create unit test plans and execute unit testing.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Conduct performance testing for high-volume customers and optimize integrations to meet performance requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure a smooth transition of completed projects to the support team.
• Develop go-live plans and post-implementation warranty support plans.
• Guide and mentor implementation engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer implementations and drive issues through to resolution.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and delivery commitments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience working with EDI integration products or B2B integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
• Hands-on experience with XML, flat files, and spreadsheets.
• Experience with communication protocols such as AS2, FTP/FTPS, SFTP, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Exposure to REST APIs and API-based integrations.
• Good understanding of SQL queries and joins.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor team members, manage multiple projects, and work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
