Job summary

Think People Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a Technical Lead with hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, React.js, Python and payment systems to guide delivery of complex solutions.

You will lead and mentor 5–15 engineers, drive architectural decisions, ensure robust REST APIs and secure payment integrations, and collaborate with product and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

The role is based in Lower Parel, Mumbai (WFO 5 Days).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering and leadership experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, Redux, Hooks and component lifecycle.
• Experience with Payment Systems, Gateways, UPI, NEFT/RTGS and Card payments.
• Proficient in REST APIs, API security and API management.
• Database knowledge across MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis.
• Experience leading 5–15 member technical teams and mentoring others.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence and GitLab or GitHub.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
