Job summary

Deservely Technologies is seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to drive architecture and delivery across React.js front-end and Python/Java back-end systems. The candidate will mentor engineers, set coding standards, and own features end-to-end, from design through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and backend Python/Java.

• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience leading technical discussions and mentoring engineers.
