Overview

We are hiring a Tech Lead who can not only contribute technically as a full stack developer but also act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the tech team. You will lead architecture design, project planning, coordination, and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the web platform and admin dashboard.
• Architect and maintain a robust tech stack: React (frontend), Node.js/Express (backend), PostgreSQL (DB).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Guide and review the codebase of frontend and backend developers.
• Setup development workflows, environments, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Plan sprint deliverables, assign tasks, and manage timelines.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the platform.

Required Skills

• Strong full stack experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of API architecture, DB schemas, and system design.
• Experience in leading teams and reviewing code with best practices.
