We are seeking a highly skilled experienced 8 years Tech lead with a proven track record of delivering exceptional software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with a strong emphasis on building robust and scalable applications.

Job Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities):

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web and mobile applications across the full stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React JS, jQuery, Bootstrap, or Vue.js.
• Build efficient and scalable back-end services using Python, Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Python-Django, JavaScript -Node js and database technologies like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server Strong understanding of web technologies including HTTP, RESTful APIs, and web security principles.
• Hands on Experience integration with SAP modules, SAP API integration or similar Enterprise Application Develop and deploy mobile applications using Android, iOS, React Native, or hybrid technologies.
• Define system architecture, including component design, data flows, and integration points.
• Create detailed technical design documents and specifications.
• Strong understanding of GIS , Document Management System, Construction and Inventory Domain.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile ,DevOps) Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills):

• 8-10years of experience in full stack design and development.
