Job summary

EXL in Pune is seeking a Technical Lead - Fullstack to lead design and delivery of scalable UI and backend solutions in a hybrid setup. You will lead a small team and stay hands-on with React.js and Node.js or Java.

You will architect microservices with Kafka and Axon Framework, champion cloud-native practices, and ensure robust CI/CD. Immediate joining is preferred; notice period may apply.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in application design and solution architecture.
• Hands-on development experience in React.js and either Node.js or Java.
• Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experienced in leading a small team of full stack developers.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka / Axon Framework.
• Experience in cloud-native application development.
• Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• AWS experience is preferred.

Work Mode: Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
